What are your arrival windows?

We book arrival windows instead of exact times, because I-15 traffic has a mind of its own 🚗 Your confirmation shows your window, and your cleaner texts you when they're on the way. Running behind? We'll let you know ⏰

What if I am not home during the cleaning?

No problem at all. Most of our clients aren't home, and that's the best part: you come back to a clean house. Leave a key, share a door or garage code, or use a smart lock. Just tell us how to get in when you book 🔑

Do you clean homes with pets?

We love pets! Dogs, cats, birds, you name it. Tell us about your furry (or scaly) family members when you book so we can plan ahead, and we'll keep doors and gates closed 🐾

How do payments work?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Zelle. A temporary hold is placed on your payment method 24 hours before your clean, and you're charged after the job is done. Simple and secure 💳

How do I prepare for a house cleaner?

Honestly? Not much. Pick up clutter so we can reach the surfaces, put away valuables, secure pets, and tell us how to get in if you won't be home. We bring all the supplies. Leave fresh sheets out if you'd like the beds made. That's it 🛏️

Yes! All of our cleaning professionals undergo a thorough background check and vetting process before joining our team. We take your safety and privacy seriously.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply visit our Book Now page, select your service type, choose a date and time, and complete your booking. You will receive a confirmation email right away.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, let us know when booking.

What is your 24-hour free touch-up policy?

If anything on our checklist is missed, let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning and we'll come back for a free touch-up of those areas at no extra cost.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing to protect your billing information. We never store full card details on our servers.

What is your reschedule policy?

You can reschedule your appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled clean. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.

What services do you not do?

We currently do not offer exterior cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, pest control, or biohazard cleanup. Contact us if you have questions about a specific task.

What does your house cleaning service include?

Our house cleaning covers all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen. We dust, vacuum, mop, clean mirrors, sanitize bathrooms, wipe down kitchen surfaces, and take out trash.

How often should I schedule house cleaning?

Most clients schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on household size and lifestyle. We recommend bi-weekly for the best balance of cleanliness and value.

Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

We use products that are effective yet safe when used as directed. We recommend keeping pets and small children away from freshly cleaned areas until dry.

Standard Cleaning

What does a standard cleaning include?

Our standard clean covers all main living areas: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitization, kitchen cleaning (countertops, stovetop, exterior appliances), and general tidying.

How is standard cleaning different from house cleaning?

Standard cleaning follows a set routine checklist optimized for regular upkeep. House cleaning can be more flexible and tailored to your specific preferences and priorities.

How frequently should I book a standard clean?

Weekly or bi-weekly is most common for standard cleaning. Monthly is also available for lighter-traffic homes.

Deep Cleaning

What are the key differences between deep cleaning and standard cleaning?

A deep clean goes beyond the surface. In addition to everything in a standard clean, we also clean inside cabinets and appliances, scrub tile grout, detail baseboards, clean window tracks, and address areas not part of a routine clean.

How often is it recommended to book a deep cleaning?

We recommend a deep clean at least twice a year, or as a one-time reset before starting recurring standard cleans. Many clients also book deep cleans seasonally.

Can I customize my deep cleaning?

Yes! When booking, leave notes for any specific areas to focus on or avoid. Our team will tailor the clean to your preferences.

Moving Cleaning

What does your moving cleaning service include?

Our moving clean is a comprehensive deep clean for empty properties. It includes all rooms, inside all cabinets and drawers, inside all appliances, all bathrooms, window sills and tracks, baseboards, and full floor care.

How long does a move-in or move-out clean take?

Duration depends on the size and condition of the property. A typical 2-3 bedroom home takes 4-6 hours. We will give you an estimate when you book.

Do you accept last-minute moving clean appointments?

We do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability. We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot.

Commercial Cleaning

What types of commercial spaces do you clean?

Can you clean after business hours?

Yes! We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends to minimize disruption to your business operations.

What is included in a post-construction clean?

Our post-construction clean includes removal of construction debris and fine dust, detailed surface cleaning, window and glass cleaning, floor care, fixture and hardware cleaning, paint and adhesive removal, and a final inspection-ready finish.
